Friends, Family, and Colleagues,
Once again, we ride - but this time all of us! In just a few days, my son Rowan and I will ride 110 miles, and Fiona and Ailsa, my wife and daughter, will ride 45 miles to Sacramento, to raise awareness about the needs of our local public schools and vital dollars for programs in Oakland and Alameda with Ride 4 Reason.
I've been training since last year's century ride – and in 2025 I've already ridden almost 500 miles and climbed about 25,000 feet.
Last year, we raised over $1,600. This year, we are joining with the Oakland Tech Mountain Biking Team, and all donations will be matched! We aim to raise at least $1,500 by hopping on our bikes on April 26th. We humbly ask for your support again.
100% of our funds will go directly to public schools in Oakland and Alameda. So please consider donating $10, $50, $100, or more to help me get there!
